Yoga of the Divine Body

The path from the body to prana,
from prana to consciousness,
from consciousness to the realization of man’s higher nature

Divine Body Yoga—a path of spiritual perfection based on a profound transformation of the body, prana, and consciousness

In the Lakulish tradition, hatha yoga is not merely a physical practice. Its driving force is prana, and strengthening and transforming its flow forms the foundation for the yogic path ahead.

Divine Body Yoga—The Ultimate Goal of the Yogic Path

What does the concept of the Divine Body entail, and why is it the ultimate goal of yoga practice?

The Lakulish Tradition

The spiritual lineage through which the knowledge of Divine Yoga is transmitted

The Lakulish Tradition is an ancient spiritual lineage of yoga associated with Lord Lakulish—an incarnation of Shiva and a teacher of Divine Yoga

Knowledge of this tradition was passed down from teacher to student, preserving the profound principles of yogic practice and spiritual development.

In the 20th century, the lineage was revived and carried on through spiritual Teachers who passed on profound knowledge of Divine Yoga to their students

Who are the Teachers of this lineage? How was the knowledge transmitted, and how has it been preserved to this day?

Yogini • yoga instructor • practitioner

I am walking this path myself.
Having received initiation into the Lakulish tradition, I continue my sadhana. At the same time, I share with others the knowledge and practices that help them grow holistically.

My journey in yoga began in 2001. Since 2004, I have been teaching others how to practice yoga.

Over time, yoga has become for me not just a physical practice, but a path of deep exploration of the human being—their body, prana, consciousness, and life journey

Having received initiation into the Lakulish tradition, I continue my own sadhana and strive toward the highest goal of yoga—the Divine Body

Today, my work combines many years of practical experience and teaching with the study of nutrition, the patterns of destiny, and approaches to holistic human development

This project is a continuation of my own journey

Knowledge, Theory, and Philosophy

From Self-Knowledge to Knowledge of the Universe

Yoga is discovered gradually

Behind the practice of the body lies knowledge of the human being
Behind knowledge of the human being lies knowledge of theuniverse
Behind knowledge of the universe lies an understanding of the structure of the world and one’s place in it

In this section, I'm compiling insights that help us see yoga as a unified system

We begin with human nature, the body, prana (energy), the mind, and consciousness. We then turn to the laws of karma, the stages of development, the structure of the universe, and higher states of consciousness

Here, we gradually reveal the true nature of human beings. We explore their inner transformation. At the same time, we examine the connection between the microcosm and the macrocosm.

Gradually, something else becomes clear: the ultimate goal of the yogic path is not limited to the liberation of consciousness. It leads to the attainment of perfection—the Divine Body

Knowledge is not revealed all at once. One level leads to the next, like a matryoshka doll, within which ever deeper meanings are revealed.

I invite you to discover this knowledge gradually—layer by layer

Practice

Knowledge is gained through practice, and practice gradually becomes a part of life

Everyone has their own path. For some, it’s important to start with the body. For others, it’s about getting a handle on their diet and lifestyle. For still others, it’s important to understand the reasons behind what’s happening in their lives. And for some, it’s about looking within themselves

In my work, various forms of practice come together to form a unified system of yoga

Hatha yoga involves working with the body, breath, and prana. One learns to become attuned to one’s body, develop its potential, and gradually uncover deeper levels of one’s own nature

Nutrition (mitahara) — a mindful approach to food as part of one’s daily lifestyle and a means of maintaining health and a state of physical harmony

Karma and Destiny: An Exploration of One’s Actions, the Laws of Life, and One’s Purpose Through the Lens of Yogic Knowledge

Spontaneous Meditations: Deepening Inner Practice and Unlocking the Natural Processes of Self-Discovery and Understanding the Universe

Each practice can serve as a separate entry point. However, they all form part of a single whole—the path of self-discovery, growth, and transformation through yoga.

Materials

Knowledge you can always come back to

The path of learning continues not only through practice
Sometimes it’s important to pause, reread, review a lecture, return to material you’re already familiar with—and see it from a new perspective

This section contains resources that help you gain a deeper understanding of yoga, the Lakulish tradition, and its philosophy and practice

Books —primary sources of the tradition, works and translations of the Teachers’ books, as well as materials that help one explore the path of yoga more deeply

Videos —lectures, seminar recordings, discussions, and practical materials

Training sessions — a structured approach to a specific topic that combines theory and practice

Courses — a systematic study of knowledge and practices that allows you to delve into a topic gradually and systematically

You can choose the format that best suits your interests and readiness to learn

Knowledge comes to life when it is not merely read or heard. It is explored, tested through experience, and gradually applied in life.

Support for My Sadhana

A project that helps me stay on track

This project exists not only to share knowledge and best practices

For me, this project is part of my own spiritual journey. It gives me the opportunity to continue my sadhana, study the Lakulish tradition, work with the legacy of the Teachers, and pass on the knowledge I have gained

Creating materials, translating and preparing books, and conducting classes and seminars take time and effort. Therefore, this work requires the ability to devote more time to it

If you find what I do valuable and would like to help keep this journey going, you can support my sadhana

Your support can help create new materials, translate and publish the Teachers’ books, further the project, and allow us to devote more time to practice and the transmission of knowledge

Start Your Journey

Where does the journey begin?

You don't have to know everything to take the first step

You can start with physical practice. You can explore the philosophy of yoga or discover the Lakulish tradition. You can also watch a lecture or choose material that answers the question you have today.

Gradually, one question leads to another, knowledge leads to practice, and practice leads to a deeper understanding of oneself
