Star Yoga,
—a mind-transforming practice that will transform you into perfection itself, fill you with energy, free you from old patterns
, and revitalize you for a new life
Yoga, when combined with astrology, unites the upper and lower realms, heaven and earth. It provides an understanding that what is inside is also outside.
Astroyoga is a unique body of knowledge about humanity and the cosmos that helps explore human life throughout its evolution and enables people to become free and happy. Yoga helps you discover your purpose—where to go and what to do—specifically in your case.
Why do people take up yoga? To be independent. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika states: “There is only one duty—to be independent of everything.”
We are born with talents; it is up to us whether or not to develop them. Yoga brings out our personal strengths. If we take the right steps, everything will work out.
It is impossible to master yoga on your own, because you might misinterpret it; direct transmission is necessary.
Yoga is more than 5,000 thousand years old—or, to be more precise, more than 2 million years old, dating back to the Sun’s formation. Don’t rush to conclusions or cast doubt on yoga; just start practicing in the right place, where you can receive authentic knowledge.
A yoga teacher has no right to teach yoga if he or she is not familiar with astrology, Ayurveda, and psychology, because all of these subjects are part of yoga. In the material world, we are interdependent with it. We are influenced by the planets, natural disasters, and biorhythms.
Astrology is the sixth stage of yoga, the adhidayvika dharana, which encompasses the sun, the moon, and the planets.
Yoga is a tool for understanding the human soul and the laws of the universe. Yoga is a tool for self-discovery, not a system of concepts; on the contrary, it frees one from all limitations. There is the human perception of the world, of people, and of oneself, and there is the yogic perspective, which lies beyond the bounds of any judgments, conclusions, or comparisons. It prepares a person to work with their own inner material and frees them from the influence of human and social factors.
