1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) applies to the website “https://lakulishyoga.ru/,” located at https://lakulishyoga.ru/.
1.2. The “https://lakulishyoga.ru/” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned by an individual (Elena Anatolyevna Lusnikova, registered address: 9 Kirova St.)
1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the “https://lakulishyoga.ru/” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Administration”) and the User of this Website.
1.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to modify, add, or delete provisions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
1.5. The User’s use of the Site constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any amendments made to it.
1.6. The User is personally responsible for reviewing this Agreement for any changes to it

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
2.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms listed below have the following meanings:
2.1.1 “https://lakulishyoga.ru/” – An online resource located at the domain name https://lakulishyoga.ru/, operating through the online resource and its associated
services (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2.1.2. “https://lakulishyoga.ru/” – a website containing information about Products and/or Services and/or Other items of value for the user, the Seller, and/or the Service Provider, enabling the user to select, order, and/or purchase a Product and/or receive a service.
2.1.3. Website Administration—authorized employees responsible for managing the Website, acting on behalf of Elena Anatolyevna Lusnikova, an individual.
2.1.4. Website User (hereinafter—the “User”)—a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
2.1.5. Website Content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”)—protected intellectual property, including the texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without lyrics, graphic, textual, photographic, derivative, composite, and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs,
databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, overall style, and arrangement of this Content comprising the Site and other intellectual property objects

3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The subject matter of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the Products and/or services offered on the Website.
3.1.1. The Website provides the User with the following types of services:
viewing content;
access to the Website’s search and navigation tools;
providing the User with the ability to post messages and comments;
3.1.2. This Agreement applies to all Website services currently in existence (actually
functioning), as well as any subsequent modifications thereto and any additional services that may appear in the future.
3.2. Access to the Website is provided free of charge.
3.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the Website, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
3.4. The use of the Website’s materials and services is governed by the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation

4. ПРАВА И ОБЯЗАННОСТИ СТОРОН
4.1. Администрация сайта вправе:
4.1.1. Изменять правила пользования Сайтом, а также изменять содержание данного Сайта. Изменения вступают в силу с момента публикации новой редакции Соглашения на Сайте.
4.1.2. Удалять учетные записи Пользователей.
4.1.3. Отказывать в регистрации без объяснения причины.
4.2. Пользователь вправе:
4.2.1. Пользоваться всеми имеющимися на Сайте услугами, а также приобретать любые Товары и/или Услуги, предлагаемые на Сайте.
4.2.2. Задавать любые вопросы, относящиеся к услугам сайта:

4.2.3. Пользоваться Сайтом исключительно в целях и порядке, предусмотренных Соглашением и не запрещенных законодательством Российской Федерации.
4.2.4. Копировать информацию с Сайта разрешается.
4.2.5. Требовать от администрации скрытия любой информации о пользователе.
4.2.6. Использовать информацию сайта в коммерческих целях без специального разрешения.
4.2.7. Получить доступ к использованию Сайта после соблюдения требований о регистрации.
4.3. Пользователь Сайта обязуется:
4.3.1. Предоставлять по запросу Администрации сайта дополнительную информацию, которая имеет непосредственное отношение к предоставляемым услугам данного Сайта.
4.3.2. Соблюдать имущественные и неимущественные права авторов и иных правообладателей при использовании Сайта.
4.3.3. Не предпринимать действий, которые могут рассматриваться как нарушающие нормальную работу Сайта.
4.3.4. Не распространять с использованием Сайта любую конфиденциальную и охраняемую законодательством Российской Федерации информацию о физических либо юридических лицах.
4.3.5. Избегать любых действий, в результате которых может быть нарушена конфиденциальность охраняемой законодательством Российской Федерации информации.
4.3.6. Не использовать Сайт для распространения информации рекламного характера, иначе как с согласия Администрации сайта.
4.3.7. Не использовать сервисы с целью:
4.3.7.1. нарушения прав несовершеннолетних лиц и (или) причинение им вреда в любой форме.
4.3.7.2. ущемления прав меньшинств.
4.3.7.3. представления себя за другого человека или представителя организации и (или) сообщества без достаточных на то прав, в том числе за сотрудников данного сайта.
4.3.7.4. введения в заблуждение относительно свойств и характеристик какого-либо Товара и/или услуги, размещенных на Сайте.
4.3.7.5. некорректного сравнения Товара и/или Услуги, а также формирования негативного отношения к лицам, (не) пользующимся определенными Товарами и/или услугами, или осуждения таких лиц.
4.3.7.6. загрузки контента, который является незаконным, нарушает любые права третьих лиц; пропагандирует насилие, жестокость, ненависть и (или) дискриминацию по расовому, национальному, половому, религиозному, социальному признакам; содержит недостоверные
сведения и (или) оскорбления в адрес конкретных лиц, организаций, органов власти.
4.3.7.7. побуждения к совершению противоправных действий, а также содействия лицам, действия которых направлены на нарушение ограничений и запретов, действующих на территории Российской Федерации.
4.3.8. Обеспечить достоверность предоставляемой информации
4.3.9. Обеспечивать сохранность личных данных от доступа третьих лиц.
4.3.10. Обновлять Персональные данные, предоставленные при регистрации, в случае их изменения.
4.4. Пользователю запрещается:
4.4.1. Использовать любые устройства, программы, процедуры, алгоритмы и методы,
автоматические устройства или эквивалентные ручные процессы для доступа, приобретения, копирования или отслеживания содержания Сайта.
4.4.2. Нарушать надлежащее функционирование Сайта.
4.4.3. Любым способом обходить навигационную структуру Сайта для получения или попытки получения любой информации, документов или материалов любыми средствами, которые специально не представлены сервисами данного Сайта.
4.4.4. Несанкционированный доступ к функциям Сайта, любым другим системам или сетям, относящимся к данному Сайту, а также к любым услугам, предлагаемым на Сайте.
4.4.4. Нарушать систему безопасности или аутентификации на Сайте или в любой сети, относящейся к Сайту.
4.4.5. Выполнять обратный поиск, отслеживать или пытаться отслеживать любую информацию о любом другом Пользователе Сайта.
4.4.6. Использовать Сайт и его Содержание в любых целях, запрещенных законодательством Российской Федерации, а также подстрекать к любой незаконной деятельности или другой деятельности, нарушающей права Сайта или других лиц.

5. USE OF THE
WEBSITE 5.1. The Website and the Content comprising the Website are owned and operated by the Website Administration.
5.2. The Website’s Content is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights, as well as by unfair competition laws.
5.3. Purchasing a Product offered on the Website may require the User to create an account.
5.4. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
account information, including the password, as well as for all activities, without exception, conducted on behalf of the User through the account.
5.5. The User must immediately notify the Site Administration of
any unauthorized use of their account or password or any other security breach.
5.6. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the User’s account if it has not been used for more than 36 consecutive calendar months without notifying the User.
5.7. This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions regarding the purchase of Products and/or the provision of services offered on the Site.
5.8. Information posted on the Site shall not be construed as an amendment to this Agreement.
5.9. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to the list of Products and services offered on the Site and/or their prices at any time without notifying the User.
5.10. The document specified in Section 5.11.1 of this Agreement governs, in the relevant part, the User’s use of the Site:

5.12. Any of the documents listed in Section 5.11.1 of this Agreement may be subject to updates. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Website.

6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Site Administration shall not compensate the User for any losses the User may incur as a result of an intentional or
negligent breach of any provision of this Agreement, or as a result of unauthorized access to another User’s communications.
6.2. The Site Administration shall not be liable for:
6.2.1. Delays or disruptions in the execution of a transaction arising from force majeure, as well as any malfunctions in telecommunications, computer, electrical, or other related systems.
6.2.2. The actions of money transfer systems, banks, and payment systems, as well as delays related to their operations.
6.2.3. The proper functioning of the Website, in the event that the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it; the Company also bears no obligation to provide Users with such means.

7. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
7.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to disclose information about the User if applicable laws of the Russian Federation require or permit such disclosure.
7.2. The Site Administration has the right, without prior notice to the User, to terminate and/or block access to the Site if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of the Site’s termination or due to a technical malfunction or problem.
7.3. The Site Administration shall not be liable to the User or any third parties for the termination of access to the Site in the event that the User violates any provision of this Agreement or any other document containing the terms of use for the Site.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, the submission of a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) is a prerequisite for bringing the matter before a court.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim’s review.
8.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, either Party has the right to seek judicial relief to protect its rights as provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. Any claim regarding the Terms of Use of the Website must be filed within 5 days after the grounds for the claim arise, with the exception of claims regarding the protection of copyrights to Website materials protected under applicable law. If the provisions of this paragraph are violated, any claim shall be dismissed by the court without consideration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counterproposals from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
9.2. User reviews posted on the Site are not considered confidential information and may be used by the Site Administration without restriction.
